1. Transportation system:
1) The chain conveying method is adopted, and the width between the chains can be adjusted arbitrarily in the range of 50-450mm to meet the various connection methods of customers. The chain uses stainless steel extension pin chain.
2) The transport speed is adjustable.
3) The special reinforced aluminum alloy guide rail can withstand high temperature, and cooperate with the support adjustment mechanism to ensure the minimum amount of deformation, the track is prohibited from shaking, and the phenomenon of falling plate is prevented.
2. Heating system
1) Using the heating principle of heating tube, uniform heating improves heating efficiency.
2) The furnace and the inner tank are welded with T1.5 iron plate, which is strong and durable. The outer thick insulation cotton ensures minimal heat loss, saves electricity and does not increase the temperature of the environment and increase the load of the air conditioner.
3) Heating temperature zone: Each temperature zone can be independently controlled, and the maximum temperature can be controlled to 150 °C.
3. Control system
1) PID temperature controller + touch screen control to achieve precise temperature control in 3 temperature zones,
2) 2 temperature zones, each with 6 heating tubes, to minimize energy consumption.
